The Asset
and Property Management Services group includes two (2) Property
Managers, four (4) maintenance employees and two (2) dedicated
real estate accountants. Most of the ERES Asset and Property Management
team have over ten (10) years of institutional real estate experience
and have numerous professional designations (CCIM, GRP, CPM, etc.)
